I was desperately searching for a good quality unlacquered brass door knocker and thankfully I found AB Hardware during my search. Found exactly what I was looking for and it's a Bee which I also love.

How embarrassing that I wasn't paying too much attention to dispatch information upon ordering, I made a general enquiry about dispatch and Alex who received my email had responded to inform that they'd just returned and that this would be sent on Monday.

It arrived on Sunday and has now been fitted to my door.

Customer service is excellent, product availability, pricing and overall product quality is outstanding.

My attention to website information banners, needs some work though.
